4. take back, hide or modify any legal notices, as well as notices of intellectual property rights that appear in or related to materials that Palladium.expert provides to you;
5. use, publish, represent or transmit any software, procedure or device that interferes with or attempts to interfere with the activities of the Service;
6.use any spider, deep link, robot, scraper or related automatic data collection or extraction program, tool, methodology or algorithm to access, copy, retrieve or monitor palladium.expert or any part of palladium.expert without obtaining permission from us, which is likely to be refused at our exclusive and direct discretion.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time and within its jurisdiction. Upon termination of this Agreement:
1. Palladium.expert will stop offering Services to you;
2. any balance you owe to Palladium.expert will be repaid immediately and payable;
3. there will be no refund of any prepaid services and any service charges or related charges;
4. you will not be able to access any of your account data residing on our service and our servers.
Palladium.expert reserves the right to make changes or additions to any of the terms of this Agreement or any policy related to the Service, at any time we decide, by submitting a new agreement on the Palladium.expert website or other resource provided by Palladium.expert. You arepersonally responsible for reviewing all policies and terms of service as often as possible, since any use of the service will be a fact of full agreement with all terms and policies of the service. There will be no changes or additions to this Agreement if:
1.will not be written and signed by a duly authorized representative of Palladium.expert;
2. you choose not to continue to use the Service after Palladium.expert has posted updates to the Agreement or related service control policy.
